Running out of time, for my girls party I ordered the cupcakes from Publix - white cake and white frosting.  Can I tell you they were the best cupcakes!  

So moist, light and fluffy and the frosting was tasty - just right and not too sweet.  Embellish with some colorful sprinkles, flamingo finger puppets or food party sticks and display them in a cupcake tower. 

My friend made these "charcuterie boards in a cup" for our Let's Flamingo Pool Party.  They were filled with all kinds of good stuff - mozzarella cheese rolled with artisan meats, olives, nuts, crackers, fresh cherries, dried fruit, pumpkin seeds and a sprig of rosemary. 

Our party was on a very warm evening and we loved how the cups were kept cold on ice in an inflatable serving bar buffet cooler.  They came as a set of 4 and worked great.
